Dr. Paul Porter D.C. - Physical Medicine

Dr. Paul Porter is a board-certified physician with over 10 years of experience focused on men’s sexual health and performance, with particular expertise in erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, pelvic floor dysfunction, and Peyronie’s disease.

His work centers on understanding how the nervous system, pelvic floor, vascular function, and biomechanics interact to influence sexual function. Rather than relying on symptom management alone, Dr. Porter takes a comprehensive, noninvasive approach aimed at identifying and treating the underlying contributors to sexual dysfunction.

Dr. Porter earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Cognitive Neuroscience from Virginia Tech. This background informs his clinical approach, particularly in cases where stress, neurological signaling, and physical dysfunction overlap.

His interest in men’s health developed through years of multidisciplinary practice, including work with the Ironman Medical Treatment Team at the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaiʻi, where he treated elite athletes beginning in 2011. That experience shaped his focus on performance, recovery, and long-term function.

At Bespoke, Dr. Porter uses evidence-based, non-surgical therapies to support sexual health, including treatments that improve tissue quality, blood flow, neuromuscular control, and pelvic mechanics. His work frequently integrates shockwave therapy, pelvic floor–focused care, and biomechanical assessment to help men restore function, confidence, and quality of life.
